It is that time of year to take a look at my (curtis) mustache. Sorry I haven't gotten on this sooner, but I am terribly important and busy. AKA: lazy.

So let me explain the back story. In college, a lot of us guys would participate in a ritual we called November no shave month. Basically for one month we wouldn't shave our faces and try to look as manly as possible. It was a tradition at our school and many of us tried our best to keep it going. Even though I am not in college anymore, I have kept the tradition going. I participated in January this time, because I am a teacher and can't be growing such ridiculous things on my face and still garner respect from students and co-workers.

There is some close up action for you. Many of you are probably asking,"what does that have to do with a mustache." Well to be honest at the end of the month I was doing some fun things with my beard and eventually shaved down to only a mustache. The problem came when I actually like it...I like it so much that I kept it growing long enough that I could chew on it a little bit. This is my practicing twisting the mustache up in the mirror. One side could twist up well and the other side didn't twist at all.
